"Just finished a drill of removing a down ff out of window using a ladder, rope & the Mast Sling. We encountered a
problem with one of the arm loops coming off of the victim (used a rescue dummy). The dummy was removed
head first. I believe what happened was there was some slack in the rope which caused the mast sling to loosen
and resulted in the loop falling off the arm. I know the rescue dummy isn't always the best to use because they
are somewhat smaller than using a regular sized ff, but this obviously could happen with an actual person. We
mentioned to everyone to keep the rope taut, but it still may get slack in it when members help getting the ff
through the window. We also clipped a carabiner to the two(2) yellow shoulder straps to keep the sling relatively
tight. The green loop left it to loose. Anyone ever have this happen and/or have a suggestion?"
